Naomi is amazing and genuinely cares. We have a new long haired puppy who hates to be brushed, we've been trying to work on it but unfortunately his legs became matted. Naomi was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help our puppy, who is now much more comfortable and she has given us helpful tips to prevent this happening again. We are so happy to have her as our groomer. We could not recommend Naomi enough, we feel safe leaving our puppy with her. He is never stressed after appointments.

When we got our nervous rescue from abroad he was covered in mats and had fleas. I was really nervous taking him somewhere new so soon but I could tell he was miserable and The Barkside Grooms came highly recommended by many people in a FB group I asked for help in.

 She took the time to let him get used to her and the space before starting and her communication was amazing. He came home a totally new dog and he's been a cute whirlwind ever since, so must have felt instantly better. We'll certainly be going back to TBG and recommending to whomever will listen.
